The Bykski B-UL-D5-X-V3 Pump with PWM has all you need to power your loop. The strong CP-S5PB-X pump has no problems with bigger cases and multiple components. Compact in a complete ready-to-use package. The speed of the pump can be controlled via the 4-pin PWM power cable by connecting to the motherboard header or compatible PWM controller.
