Purpose-built for delidded Ryzen™ systems, the AMD Mycro Direct-Die Pro RGB V1 shortens the thermal path by placing a nickel-plated copper cold plate directly on the silicon—no IHS in between. A revised hybrid micro-fin + jet-plate design lowers flow resistance while boosting heat transfer, and the anodized-aluminum/acrylic top adds subtle 5V ARGB lighting. Standard G1/4″ ports integrate cleanly into custom loops.
